Both times the service was extremely rude. There is a bald headed man with a long beard who is apparently a manager—yikes. A total arrogant jerk, I don’t think he greets poc because only white folks got a greeting as I observed. Even the employee who helped us later said sorry I can’t bypass the authorized user because my manager (the bald guy) will not allow it.

I had an appointment @6:45 had an employee “check me in” turns out he didn’t check me in, had me waiting for about 40 min. I went in today again because I decided I am going to buy a new phone. When I walked in I was not greeted while everyone else that walked in after me was. A guy came up to me asking me what I was there for. I told him I wanted the iPhone 17 lavender. He proceeded to ask me other questions, then assumes I am going to finance it but I told him no I am going to buy it. He said someone will come help me with a rude tone. I waited and asked him how long it was going to take to get helped he said in about 1 or 2 min. I waited about 15 min for someone to come help me. Finally an employee came to help me and at the end I wasn’t able to get a phone. Turns out the bald headed guy that came up to me first was the manger. He should definitely not be a manger because that is not how a manger should treat costumers. Will not be returning again.
