- LLLuis LaciarOct 20, 20251.0We bought a new iPhone online, they told us to pick it up next day in this store between 10:30 - 10:45am, they. recommend to take picture ID with you to get it, never mentioned anything about QR code, because we ordered it from an IPad which we didn’t bring it to pick up the phone, the employees told us without the QR they cannot sell the phone, we talk to the manager and he said they even don’t have the phone in the store, We waited for 2 hours talking personally and on the phone and with the system. Finally we cancel the purchase. Really bad business transaction with Apple and stores!
