Finally speak with staff and very cold attitude didn’t have any knowledge on what was the reason my order wasn’t processed and to come back later. Second visit same day again no greeting or someone to inform you of a wait time. Once a staff was available same conversation of they not knowing what was the reason the order was not being processed faster or at all. The staff here does not make you feel welcome has no information whatsoever and cannot answer any questions. I’m a new customer to Verizon transferred from AT&T, and I can say this location isn’t repping what Verizon is selling.
