Joey L. was so helpful. I made an appointment and I was accommodated right away and prioritize with Appointment always recommend making an appointment. His customer service is excellent he is knowledgeable, and phenomenal Customer Service I am so happy! I left very satisfied… I am not a fan of all the tech issues so grateful for geek squad and so grateful for Joey.

Do not buy the Geek Squad warranty when you purchase a TV from Best Buy. Our Samsung TV screen went bad and its been months and they keep scheduling an appointment to replace it and either they no show or they cancel. The TV is at the local Best Buy store so it is in stock. After the cancellation you end up spending hours on the phone to reschedule. I won't be buying products from Best Buy since they don't stand by their products or their warranty.

Do not buy the Geek Squad warranty! They have taken weeks to repair my TV. My Samsung TV started having lines go across the screen after less than a year. I assumed I'd take it to the store for an exchange. Nope, they wanted to repair it. So I took it back home and scheduled an appointment. 3 weeks later, after bringing the wrong part once, and missing their own 3 hour window where I had to wait for them the 2nd time my TV is still not working. It's a bad idea poorly executed.

I have visited the Encinitas location several times. Very knowledge and friendly staff.Communication was clear and service was quick! Definitely would recommend if you have issues with your tech.
