  A half an hour before someone was able to help me and then when they did, the printer that was sold to me, didn’t do all the functions that he said it did it does not copy. It does not scan. I’m very disappointed and I would like to return

  Save time and effort and ask for: Gherman or Matthew: * I think this location has superb customer service because I went 2 days in a row and both were the best Ive seen in a very long time! *As both gave exceptional, quick and efficient service. I am difficult when buying gifts for others and Gherman took the time to scan the bar codes making sure my galaxy pro buds 3 were the right color and did have translator and a.i...he's a saint with patience! Matthew today helped me get my computer Samsung Pro 5 before Christmas. Matthew was also super patient and broke down what I needed in a computer as well as wanted.

  Purchased an Open Box Item from Best Buy online and had it delivered to my house. When it showed up I opened the box and it was missing items and had the wrong stand for the monitor as well. I brought the return into the Encinitas manager who clearly stated to me “Open Box” items purchased online cannot be returned in store and that I would have to return it to the store it came from which was Menifee. I then tried another location nearby and had no issue returning the Open Box product and purchased a new one there. I will no longer give my business to the Encinitas location. This manager was insulting and even stated she had been with Best Buy for six years. No customer retention or attempt to satisfy my complaint or issue with purchased product.

  Grant helped me out on November 30th. I was in need of a new tv and had no idea where to start. I was looking at all the different options feeling completely overwhelmed. Grant approached me in the friendliest, authentic and supportive demeanor. I told him my needs and he immediately gave me all the most important information and options. Within 10 minutes I was able to make a clear decision because of his help. I’m so happy with my new tv. Give this man a raise!
