Had app’t but wait was long. Tech was helping multiple clients at one time. My Mac is still practically useless, after spending the larger part of my day driving to the Apple store, waiting, and getting *no* resolution to any of my problems. Very disappointed!

I went in to have someone take a look at my MacBook Pro, which was serviced at Bay Street Apple back in October. When I signed in, the customer service rep told me I was in luck and that someone would help me in 20 minutes. As he entered my information, he then told me it jumped to an hour and a half for some reason. I waited an hour and a half in the store for another customer service rep to come by and tell me that the service warranty was up and that there was essentially nothing that could be done – something the first customer service rep could have mentioned from the start. There were literally dozens of customer service reps standing around, outnumbering the guests altogether for most of the time I was there. Quite an insane experience.

Very horrible service. Pretty lady with an accent just slid my new MacBook Air 13 to me and said I could take it. I had to ask her about Apple care AND my warranty. She was very focused on this other gentleman, understandably so, but didn’t bother to ask for another employee to assist me. As I just made a large purchase I would expect better service, shame. I felt brushed off and expendable.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had.
I went to this store because my iPhone 17 Pro Max, which I bought two months ago, suddenly stopped working while it was in my pocket.
I only wanted to know if they would repair it or replace it.
I had an appointment and still waited over 2.5 hours.
First they told me to wait one hour, then another hour again.
Employees ignored me the entire time.
I clearly saw other customers who arrived after me being helped right away, especially white customers.
This made me feel discriminated against for being Hispanic.
After waiting all that time, they kicked me out of the store instead of helping me.
They also laughed at me, which was humiliating.
I’m uploading a video so people can see how customers are treated here.
I left without answers and not knowing what to do.
I strongly do NOT recommend this store.
