  Verizon provides very poor service, the payment for my new phone and new line was deducted from my account and when I called they forwarded the call and then disconnected the call automatically. When I went to Verizon store they said go to Laguna Verizon store. When I went there they said if you have to call then you people don't feel like working then why do you sit there and use the phone all day long, you people cannot help, I don't know why Verizon keeps such employees in its store. My credit score may get affected due to this problem but it does not matter to you people.

  Drake has the best customer service. Same for his staff. Drake was very professional, intelligent (knew his product) and gave us unbelievable price. We brought over 6 lines from AT&T and now have better service and phones with cheaper bill at Verizon then we had at At&t. Go to Drake for the deals.

  The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I got a new phone ordered back on December 26th and got notified it delivered to the store on January 6th, but of course with a busy schedule I couldn’t make it in right away. So I go to this verizon to pick up my phone 4 days after it’s been delivered. I waited for an hour just to be told that they would have to do the entire process all over again and reorder the phone and when I asked why I didn’t get notified of that beforehand, the woman who who “helped” me out got rude with me because she misunderstood my question. Very safe to say I will never be doing business at this store again. Also their store has shady workers so I definitely wouldn’t trust going to do your business with them.

  I had an amazing experience at Verizon thanks to Ayya! She went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to explain everything clearly as she guided us through each step. Ayya was incredibly informative, patient, and made sure I understood all of my options. She even told me about other services Verizon offers that could be helpful in the future. I also want to thank John T, who helped me with purchasing accessories. He was friendly and efficient, making the process quick and easy. Both Ayya and John provided outstanding customer service-they truly represent Verizon in the best way possible. Highly recommend visiting them if you need help or are upgrading your services!

  Absolutely worst service I have received! Waited 3 hours for someone to be able to help me. At first I believed there was only one person available then magically someone else from the back room shows up. I ask her if she can help but she says she's the business manager and that she is busy with another task and will see if she can help me after that. Than she goes back into the backroom never to be seen again.
