The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I got a new phone ordered back on December 26th and got notified it delivered to the store on January 6th, but of course with a busy schedule I couldn’t make it in right away. So I go to this verizon to pick up my phone 4 days after it’s been delivered. I waited for an hour just to be told that they would have to do the entire process all over again and reorder the phone and when I asked why I didn’t get notified of that beforehand, the woman who who “helped” me out got rude with me because she misunderstood my question. Very safe to say I will never be doing business at this store again. Also their store has shady workers so I definitely wouldn’t trust going to do your business with them.

I had an amazing experience at Verizon thanks to Ayya! She went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to explain everything clearly as she guided us through each step. Ayya was incredibly informative, patient, and made sure I understood all of my options. She even told me about other services Verizon offers that could be helpful in the future.
I also want to thank John T, who helped me with purchasing accessories. He was friendly and efficient, making the process quick and easy.
Both Ayya and John provided outstanding customer service-they truly represent Verizon in the best way possible. Highly recommend visiting them if you need help or are upgrading your services!

Absolutely worst service I have received! Waited 3 hours for someone to be able to help me. At first I believed there was only one person available then magically someone else from the back room shows up. I ask her if she can help but she says she's the business manager and that she is busy with another task and will see if she can help me after that. Than she goes back into the backroom never to be seen again.

I went to this Verizon store because my phone broke and I needed to transfer my number and activate an eSIM on my new phone. The staff told me they would charge me $39.99 just to do that. I felt this was unreasonable, so I went to another Verizon location — and they helped me for free in just a few minutes!
This store clearly takes advantage of customers who don’t know better. Very disappointing experience. I will never come back to this location again.

This is the second time my phone has completely lost signal—no internet and no local calls. As a result, I have missed important duties, which is completely unacceptable. Compared to other networks, Verizon’s service is extremely poor. I am extremely dissatisfied and do not wish to continue using this service. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately.
