  they were nice at first because of a persistent problem with my phone number and kept telling me to come back and by the third time i came back that week they had me wait 4 hours and werent even helping me. They put me on the phone with a verizon tech help and left me to do everything on my own! if i’d known it would take that long and i’d be doing everything myself i would have just stayed home! they did not bother to check in on me other than the occasional “is it working yet”. They caused me to be late to work and did absolutely nothing to help. the only resolution I got was when I started crying because of all the stress and hunger I was in from trying to fix my phone myself and the tech on the phone just decided to change my phone number completely and it all took around 30 minutes. No idea why we they just do that in the first place and had me wait for 4 hours when the solution was that simple.

  Waited 35 minutes to ask if they would handle a warranty situation. They did not even greet me or ask a question for 35 minutes.

  I tried to connect my phone and was unsuccessful then called tech support which sent me to Verizon store in Elk Grove to get a new SIM card. When I walked in I was greeted and ask what did I need help with. When I told him my situation I was immediately told that tech sent me to the right place but they cant help me. I was told that I would have to have tech fix it or it’s just a total loss. Worst phone company ever!!

  I came to this Verizon store after another location tried to charge me $39.99 just to activate an eSIM on my new phone. Here, a very nice Asian gentleman helped me transfer my number and set everything up for free within just a few minutes. He was polite, patient, and really knew what he was doing. It’s rare to see such honest and professional service. I truly appreciate his help — highly recommend this store!

  Very worst staff for Verizon store staffs are talking roud way and I buy 4 phn from Verizon and picked up 2 and 2 they say it will delivered in 3 days I already told them when I get all 4 phn then activate it it's 1 week finished phn not delivered today on Sunday 9,21,2025 when I went store to ckup they say we DNT naw so I rtn 2 phn when I ask for refund they return me only $30 and I have already paid $400 when I ask him he say we charge 1 phn per $50 I DNT no y???? Even I have not use that phn I DNT no what they charge maybe they steeling money so be careful customers and I request the manager plz solve this issues it's not good ???? What they charge for$400 dollars I have not been used phn very worst service
