When I went to Verizon store they said go to Laguna Verizon store. When I went there they said if you have to call then you people don't feel like working then why do you sit there and use the phone all day long, you people cannot help, I don't know why Verizon keeps such employees in its store. My credit score may get affected due to this problem but it does not matter to you people.

- CCchloeDec 22, 20251.0they were nice at first because of a persistent problem with my phone number and kept telling me to come back and by the third time i came back that week they had me wait 4 hours and werent even helping me. They put me on the phone with a verizon tech help and left me to do everything on my own! if i’d known it would take that long and i’d be doing everything myself i would have just stayed home! they did not bother to check in on me other than the occasional “is it working yet”. They caused me to be late to work and did absolutely nothing to help. the only resolution I got was when I started crying because of all the stress and hunger I was in from trying to fix my phone myself and the tech on the phone just decided to change my phone number completely and it all took around 30 minutes. No idea why we they just do that in the first place and had me wait for 4 hours when the solution was that simple.
