Apparently you HAVE to speak to an A.I. over the phone. Not every customer will appreciate being hung up on by a machine!

I have been using a Gateway that is at minimum 13 years old. I told Andrew (manager) what I wanted to spend and he directed me to a laptop that would suit my needs. I also had the Geek Squad install office. They did it while I waited--on a Saturday! It took about 15 minutes, and then I was on my way. I was a little worried I would get home and not be able to do anything on my new purchase, but it is so easy to use. I bought a Surface Pro, and so far, so good! Thank you to everyone who made my experience great!
