Mr. Gabriel took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my Mom needs, then walked me through three different choices, explaining the pros and cons of each in practical terms I could actually understand. He even shared a few insider tips on the cellphone that my Mom have already put to good use. Mr. Gabriel’s professionalism, patience, and dedication to getting it right made all the difference.
