  I had an outstanding experience at the El Monte store, thanks entirely to Mr. Gabriel. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with genuine warmth and made himself immediately available without being pushy. What truly impressed me was his deep product knowledge. I came in looking for my Mom but felt overwhelmed by the options. Mr. Gabriel took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my Mom needs, then walked me through three different choices, explaining the pros and cons of each in practical terms I could actually understand. He even shared a few insider tips on the cellphone that my Mom have already put to good use. Mr. Gabriel’s professionalism, patience, and dedication to getting it right made all the difference. If you’re in the El Monte area and need expert guidance with a smile, ask for Mr. Gabriel. He’s the reason I’ll be coming back to this location.
