- AGalbert garzonNov 26, 20251.0Customer service at this location was HORRIBLE. Went to get a microwave warranty and Tim who was attending was saying the inside needed to be clean. The microwave was clean and I even called for management and he agreed the microwave was perfectly fine. Then the 2nd Geek squad guy took over for Tim and he told me I needed to pay 60.00 to ship it out to get it checked which that had never happened in the past so I called for management again. To find out there was a glitch in there system "go figure". Management handled it great but the geek guy were straight off. Spent a hr dealing with this.
