  Julian had the best customer service when I stepped in the building. Even extended his grace for immediate Service. He passed the baton to Ms. Kat super awesome and friendly. Thank you both for the awesome service!

  Most useless people at this location in the geek squad department. They act like you can't transfer a protection plan over when it says right on the website that you can. If you're unsure about your store's policy that's fine, but why do these employees always act like you (the customer) are an inconvenience just for being there? I always knew I hated this store but this was a good reminder why.

  I went to the store looking for an old receipt about one old computer, that i needed for my work. So, i went to customer service and the girl that was there she couldnt do anything. It was easy for her just give me a phone number, and call to the company. I know there is more experts that can help you, so i looked around for somebody else. Luckly, i foud Lamarvin, he had a very nice attitud and he was willing to help me. He took his time to find my old receipt with a lot of patience, and he knew what to do. He had the knowledge of his work. I am very grateful that he could help me. Thank you!

  Best Buy? You mean Buyer Best beware.. Worst service ever! The Manager Corey talks a good game, then disappears. Geek Squad is a straight rip off they sell you 24/7 support,but it is really only 8 hours a day. The rest is useless AI. I waited 3 days for a daya transfer from my old computer to the new one and drove an hour to pick it up and no files had been transfered Had to start from scratch and wasted 4 hours of drive time. Corey promised to " make it right" then ghosted me and even canceled my appointment without any reasons or a new appointment so he could avoid any level of accountability. Unprofessional and incompetent. BUYER BEWARE. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY OR ACTUAL SERVICE. Once they have your money everything else goes out the window. You're better off buying on Amazon and getting online service from the maker of the computer. Best Buy Geek Squad is nothing but a scam. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in many years maybe in my entire life. Absolutely horrific
