  Horrible service & experience from mark the manager here at the Eastvale Best Buy. I came in 2 days ago to buy a drone and I was told and confirmed that if I didn’t like the drone or just simply wanted to return it I could get the 15% restocking fee waived off, so I agreed to the purchase with that information. 2 days later I didn’t like the quality of the drone so I came back to return it. The front desk employee told me they couldn’t do anything so I called for a manager to come in, mind you this is the manager I seen flirting with an employee outside the parking lot (totally unprofessional) he came in and explained that he couldn’t waive it off even if the employee told me that I could. I can’t believe an employee who represents the company could tell me this, and later on tells me I can’t for no reason. Will never step foot again in a Best Buy. This was not a cheap purchase either, save your money and Don’t come into this Best Buy don’t recommend!

  I'm a hard sell, so we doing 4*. Chris who was my cashier homie was a delight and some blonde from geek squad I think, didnt catch her name, was super great. Everyone I came acriss was helpfulz friendly, and knew when to back off. 🙏. Store was clean and decently organized. One of the better ones 🫡

  I received the BEST customer service from an employee there named Blair. He was so helpful, was knowledgeable about the products of question and had a great attitude. Chris, the cashier is nice as well. Honestly, the positivity from Blair changed my mood as something had me frustrated prior to going in.

  Came in to buy 6 Apple Watches…. I was standing … walking around waiting for someone to pass me…. Didn’t see no one! I went to the checkout & said I wanted to buy a few watches…..he said he was going to send someone waited another 15 mins and nothing. Target it is!

  Purchased a $2,500 PC that failed within 7 days. After 7 store visits and 10+ hours with customer service call, I received different explanations every time: the SKU could not be found on the Best Buy website, corporate system issues, an undefined “serial number mismatch,” and even being told the item was not returnable—which was never stated on the website. Supervisor Mark repeatedly refused to help, redirected me back to phone support, failed to follow up as promised, and even walked away mid-conversation. General Manager Jimmy assured me that the refund would be handled in-store and that I would not need to contact customer service line again. This promise was also broken, as he later told Mark that there was nothing they could do. This experience shows a complete lack of accountability at both the store and management level.
