Waste of money and time

It was out of stock, so I waited for it to be shipped, and was told my data would be transferred the day the new laptop arrived. Then, when it arrived was told it would take 3 more business days. The Associate and Store Manager didn’t care that this affected my livelihood, and made no effort to help. They were rigid and condescending!
