- CCCharisse CidOct 30, 20251.0Purchased an Iphone 17 pro, paid it over the phone and the taxes too but was not allowed to pick it up due to not having a US ID. I presented a Philippine passport and a valid US visa but the agents kept insisting that it wasn't valid as it wasn't on their list of valid IDs. I asked for the reason but they said the rules are rules. It was a terrible experience. They didn't even dare check the system and verify the purchase. Showed them the documents of my purchase and screenshots, but insisted my ID wasn't valid. These people and your system are discriminating. Called customer service and was informed that my foreign passport should suffice, but the agents you have in the store seem not aware of what a foreign passports are. This is what you have on the website too so please educate your team!!!!
