  I had a very poor experience at this Verizon local store. I came in to return a phone from a canceled order, following the exact instructions provided to me by Verizon customer support over the phone. Unfortunately, the staff showed no willingness to help with my situation. It felt like the store was only focused on selling, not on assisting existing customers. There was no greeting, no smile, and no basic customer service. Instead of helping or even explaining the process, the staff simply dialed the Verizon customer service number on my phone and had me talk to them myself, offering no real assistance at all. This was frustrating and unprofessional, especially since I was already following Verizon’s own guidance. I expected better service from an official Verizon store. This experience left me feeling dismissed and disappointed.

  Ryan from Verizon Dublin store is very helpful, cheerful and resolved all my needs by going above and beyond. People like him are the ones makes customers stick to the brand .

  Very disappointing service. I had a poor experience with a staff member at this branch. The worker was unprofessional, impatient, and did not listen to my concerns. Instead of helping, they gave unclear information and showed no interest in resolving the issue. The tone was extremely rude and dismissive, which made the situation very frustrating. Customer service should be respectful and helpful, but this experience was the opposite. I hope management addresses this and provides better training. Educate your team members !!!

  Purchased an Iphone 17 pro, paid it over the phone and the taxes too but was not allowed to pick it up due to not having a US ID. I presented a Philippine passport and a valid US visa but the agents kept insisting that it wasn't valid as it wasn't on their list of valid IDs. I asked for the reason but they said the rules are rules. It was a terrible experience. They didn't even dare check the system and verify the purchase. Showed them the documents of my purchase and screenshots, but insisted my ID wasn't valid. These people and your system are discriminating. Called customer service and was informed that my foreign passport should suffice, but the agents you have in the store seem not aware of what a foreign passports are. This is what you have on the website too so please educate your team!!!!   Communication is really bad from the sales to management. Been verizon customer for over 20+ yrs and worst experience when upgrading and trading a phone. Be aware of their sales tactics
