  Guys beware of this store !!they give out fake $20 bills in Downey ! I originally bought a laptop in montebello had second thoughts and returned it to this location the cashier took long to give me my money im thinking nothing of I it my mistake I was on my phone waiting for him to give me the refund he gave the bills all mixed up with a $100 bill in the middle of the $20s which in total back was $335 and said okay here you're set without counting it back to me and on my way home something told me count your money and there was two $20bills that felt odd to me and faced them up to the light ,surely no watermark I turn back around ask to speak to a manager and he was so dismissive about saying there was nothing they can do about fake bills didn't even want to check the cameras like what ? And they made me feel like I was the one trying to switch out fake bills !The manager then brought out his manager named Omar he gave me my money back but first he said he was going to make a profile on me to have in their system implying I'm the one using fake bills !

  Unfortunately Best Buy makes fraud extremely easy to do..my email and credit card were exposed in a security breach and someone ordered a laptop on my account and was able to pick up the device WITHOUT verifying the persons identity. Didn't ask for ID or anything. Extremely terrible policy so I guess any people wanted to do fraud will make best buy their store of choice. Thanks best buy for wasting so much of my time getting this resolved.

  this one sales man was trying to help my husband buy a sound bar but we were just looking and we told him that many times yet he kept pushing. He then told my 19 month old daughter in a rude "baby" voice, "you’re daddy isn't listening to me.” He then continued with, “he probably can't afford for it" I wish I made this up. Rude and there wasn’t even a reason to even talk to my daughter.
