He takes care of people as well as making sure they feel that way. Sometimes over the phone, Verizon customer service cannot get the job done and Brandon can surely work a magic on getting things done! He has the utmost clear communication and knowledge to help any customer in any situation. He also travels to Fresno to if/when needed to another Verizon store, but his home Verizon store in Dinuba is WORTH THE DRIVE! Such exemplary service, knowledge and customer care under the face of Verizon Wireless!!!!!
