    I had a great experience at the Verizon store in Cupertino. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They took the time to explain my plan options clearly, answered every question without rushing me, and made sure I left confident about my device and account setup. It’s rare these days to find a store where the employees are both knowledgeable and care about providing good service, but this location definitely stands out. Highly recommend stopping by if you need anything Verizon related! Phenomenal customer service!

    Absolutely the worst customer service. I was told to wait “a few” minutes to pick up my phone I had pre-ordered. Twenty five minutes later I was still waiting there, unattended. There was one person checking people in at the door, one who was helping people one-by-one, and TWO more employees standing around not doing anything except telling customers to wait. I finally had to leave for an appointment. My order was cancelled, but the employee at the door with the iPad told me my new order was received and assured me twice the phone would be shipped to my house, along with the trade in box provided. A store employee even called me a week later to check if everything was ok with my new phone. I informed him that I hadn’t received it yet so I had nothing to report to him about it. I asked him to confirm that it would shipped to my home by the future date that was listed when I placed the order. He assured me it would be. Sure enough, this SECOND order was also canceled because the phone was shipped to the store instead of being sent to my house like both employees told me it would be. Now I’m getting messages saying my trade-in value is about to expire unless I send Verizon my current phone. This three-week long saga has left a really sour taste in my mouth for the processes and employees at this store.

    I had a great experience dropping off two phones after upgrading, I was in and out in less than five minutes on a Friday. The store was calm and comfortable and the staff were friendly!

    I recently visited a Verizon store hoping to get help transferring accounts, but instead, I was told to use the app to handle it myself. What's the point of having a store if there's no real support? It felt like all they were interested in was pushing sales, collecting commissions, and selling phones. There was no actual customer service or meaningful assistance. Instead of helping in-store, I was just told to call customer service for further support. If everything can be done online or through the app, why even bother going to a store? Verizon used to be known for good in-person service, but it seems like that’s a thing of the past. I expected much better, and this experience was incredibly frustrating.

    The store senior manager Justin was excellent in customer service and did extra steps to solve my issues/concerns to ultimate satisfaction. Really appreciated his service and highly recommend this store to everyone.
