I walked in and wad greeted by this amazing associate Nelson who i explained my problem to him. Immediately understood the issue and told me all the info clearly and what trials can he make to resolve the issue. Few minutes after i was all good and my issue was resolved Keep in mind that i have been on the phone for hours the night before and visited two stores before that store and non of them was able to help for various reasons
- DBDavid BDec 28, 20251.0In all of my 30 years of being a Verizon customer, I’ve NEVER left the Verizon store happy! I’ve NEVER been able to get out of the store in less than an hour. There’s always a bunch of staff milling around, but they are all “specialized” and can’t help you. Imagine any other company on the planet with over 100k employees, making you wait over an hour to buy their product. Even the Apple Store has a faster turn around/better response times despite being twice as busy than any Verizon store I’ve been to. Too bad I can’t get the same price/plan at TMobile or I’d have left Verizon by now!
