  visited a visitor center located right next to the company’s futuristic campus, and it felt like one of the most prestigious retail spots in the world. The place was very spacious and airy, with large glass walls that made it feel open and modern. Every staff member was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, which made shopping very smooth. I was especially excited to find a few exclusive T-shirts that you can only get here — the vintage logo designs and limited-edition prints were fantastic. The center also features a rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the campus, and there’s even an exhibition area where you can explore a 3D model of the building using augmented reality. All in all, it was a memorable and very well-designed visit.

  I visited the Apple Park Visitor Center today and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. One staff member with glasses was quite rude and came across as very judgmental. I asked whether I could order an Apple T-shirt or other in-store items through the Apple Store app and then pick them up in the store, because I like having the purchase record in my Apple account as a kind of “check-in,” not just a receipt. Instead of simply telling me whether it was possible, the staff member said they didn’t understand and acted like my request was completely unnecessary, in a dismissive and disrespectful way. This was just my personal preference, but I felt judged for it. Although I did end up buying a charger online later and picking it up in the store, the overall interaction left me feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed with the service.

  Let's start with the most important thing. The coffee is only $4 and there's excellent Barista craftsmanship. At Apple! Pastries, matcha lattes and Deluxe chocolate bars I also offered for sale while you wait for an appointment? Situated next to Apple's Space Ship Headquarter, this is a large store with high ceilings lots of natural lighting and a big presentation area for the latest Technologies. While there is ample parking with supervision by parking attendants to keep your car safe, sometimes foreign tourists arrive and flood the area which could make things a bit challenging so avoid those days. From the latest iPhones to the beefiest Mac Pro tower, accessories and t-shirts with vintage Apple logos, Aplle mugs etc (gifts) that you can only find here ( It replaces the old Apple employee store at the headquarter). Instant recommendation for all the reasons about.

  This is the place to go if you are looking for official Apple swag. When I stopped by they had mugs, t-shirts and hoodies. You’ll be able to take a virtual tour of the Apple Park and you can go to the roof top to get a glimpse of the space ship! There is a small cafe in there but not many places to seat nor power outlets.

  Sur le moment, visite très agréable. On profite de vacances dans la région pour y faire un tour et on repart avec le dernier iphone. J'ai souscrit à l'assurance AppleCare+ vol car le vendeur m'a certifié que tout fonctionnerait une fois de retour en France et que la couverture était internationale. Malheureusement, ce n'est pas le cas. J'ai activé et transféré mon nouveau téléphone une fois rentré, sauf que l'activation du contrat n'aboutit pas jusqu'au bout. Je viens de passer 1h30 au téléphone avec l'assistance Apple France qui me propose 2 options : configurer la région de mon téléphone en "états unis" (impossible vu que je perdrais de nombreuses applications) ou résilier le contrat en appelant Apple US et en re souscrivant un contrat avec Apple France, sans certitude d'être remboursé. Bref, désinformation du vendeur (au demeurant sympathique) et impossible de se débarrasser des messages indiquant que je dois terminer la configuration de mon assurance Apple Care (impossible à faire car le contrat n'apparaît pas réellement comme il devrait car souscrit aux USA).
