  We drove from out of state, 11 hours, for a teenage boy to shop. We spent 2 hours onsite and were repeatedly ignored until we met Sophie who was AMAZING and kind and helpful. Thank you, Sophie! You made this road trip fun and rewarding for a young person figuring out what matters to them.

  My daughter was scammed by an individual who tricked her into logging into her phone using his Apple ID. Once she did, he maliciously marked the device as lost through his account. I immediately contacted Apple Support and provided them with every possible proof of ownership—including the original purchase invoice, order and delivery history, photos of the phone in my daughter’s possession, and even the original box. Despite all this evidence, they coldly kept the device locked. All I received were heartless, robotic responses stating: 'We are unable to complete your request to remove Activation Lock.' Their lack of empathy throughout this process has been incredibly frustrating.

  Maria was great with helping me pick out 3 Apple Watches and explaining the differences and being very patient with me changing my mind Park itself was also lovely although you can’t see much except the shop
