    Horrible experience just wasted two hours of my time. Employees didn’t know what they’re doing. I was unattended for 20 minutes multiple times and everything was just a mess and then I couldn’t even buy the phone.

    Associates lie about free products so you give them money. Don’t listen to what you want either. Our associate lied about free Netflix and Disney+ and then when we got home our Netflix was asking for a form of payment. Calling Customer Service to figure this out. (Karebearxx)

    Tonight, I went into the Verizon Wireless store for help because my new phone wasn't working. A customer service rep named Bradley assisted me, but it was the worst service ever. He was too busy gossiping with the security guard last about an employee he didn’t like and flirting with another coworker on her way out the door. When I asked him if we could call customer service to see why my SOS was on and if I could make calls after I transfer the number, he said, 'I’ll call from your phone because they’re closed.' I told him I could call from my phone since mine wasn’t working. I also asked if he could write the number down. Instead, he just typed it into his notepad. I will never, ever go back, and Bradley definitely shouldn’t work with customers.
