- RJRonald JohnsonOct 29, 20251.0I brought my computer for a simple upgrade to windows 11. Geek told me they just need it for 24 hours. I left it, came back the next day and nothing done. The same guy was there and told me he will make sure my computer would be done that evening. He told me some story that the main geek quit, and nobody else is working on the workload. I came back after 48 hours and nothing done to my computer, so I picked up my computer and will not trust these people again. Very unprofessional to tell your customers a lie, especially when you have their PC and access to personal sensitive information. I always associate a liar to being a crook.
- ELEduardo LizAug 12, 20255.0Shoutout the homie Matt, I made an appointment for 8:20pm on a Thursday and he had some other customers when I arrived, he asked me if I could come back later since he didn't know if he would get to me in time before closing after I explained what I came in for, I asked if there was any way that it would be possible and he said there *might* be a possibility, emphasis on the *might*, I let him know I'll wait and if it doesn't happen it doesn't happen, he said he didn't want me to wait around to then not be helped but I said it was okay, he was able to finish with the other customers and still have time to help me before closing! I also overheard another employee tell another customer that there were 2 call outs that day, Matt came through and mans deserves a raise fasho!!!
- GOGail OsborneJan 28, 20241.0ZERO STARS! During a routine procedure their tech created a problem and just left it. The next tech didn't know how to fix it, said I needed to have someone come out. They wanted to charge me for a home visit to fix a problem created by their own tech!!! I cancelled service. They used to be good, now they're AWFUL.
