  Worst service ever! I reported my fridge was not cooling, so they had check sum stuff wich I did, but did not work. I made an appointment for the next day, they sent an email confirming my appointment, then they sent another email for me to prep for the appointment, so I go to prep and I see my appointment is NOT scheduled. I call and first they said, technical issues, then they blamed it on the tech anyway they rescheduled for a week out! 1 week without a refrigerator with 2 toddlers in the house! Are you kidding me! Don't waste your $ on there warranty worst service ever!

  I brought my computer for a simple upgrade to windows 11. Geek told me they just need it for 24 hours. I left it, came back the next day and nothing done. The same guy was there and told me he will make sure my computer would be done that evening. He told me some story that the main geek quit, and nobody else is working on the workload. I came back after 48 hours and nothing done to my computer, so I picked up my computer and will not trust these people again. Very unprofessional to tell your customers a lie, especially when you have their PC and access to personal sensitive information. I always associate a liar to being a crook.
