I was treated very unfairly during my visit. The staff followed me around the store as if I were a criminal. I couldn’t even look around for deals or new products without being harassed. I was even followed to the restroom, which made me extremely uncomfortable. This was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I came in on 10/15/25 around 10 a.m. to pick up an online order, and I will never shop here again.

Good location with the great qualities and service that Best Buy consistently provides. Got a Motorola phone that I got online for pick up. Despite an unsuccessful data transfer from my old phone, I appreciated the rep that tried his best to provide assistance. Close to Ralph's and so many other stores and restaurants.

Went to trade my IPad for a newer one and the person who assisted me was amazing. But he sent me to customer service for the trade I waited over 40 minutes with only 3 people in front me. When it was my turn the agent did not know how to process a trade and waited again. Afterwards i saw people just sitting there not assisting me. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend this location. They don't take care of customers

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any retail store. One of the store associates shouted at me for asking for clarification on a policy. When I asked to see the written policy or see a manager, I was asked to leave and the employee didn’t allow me to speak to the manager. I’m shocked and will be escalating this to corporate. As a paying customer, I’ve never been spoken to this way at any store.
Edit- I’ve called corporate twice asking to be transferred to the store and the call immediately disconnects. Maybe this is a recurrent issue to the point that the manager doesn’t even answer calls.

Terrible experience the other week. I had an employee threaten to call LAPD on me for checking to see if a charger cable fit my phone. I apologized for opening the box to check the cable and the employee really had to say" you keep doing this we are calling LAPD" after i apologized with sincerity. He didnt ask if i needed help. I only recieved a terrible attitude, alongside with a threat. For godsakes it was a crappy nine dollar cable. He was acting like i was only trying to come in and steal. The employee was a taller fat white guy with light bown/dark blonde hair. I didnt get his name but im planning on going back soon, and I will get his name and edit this review, i promise that. It really pissed me off that I was treated like a criminal and not a customer. Im surprised Best Buy hired this guy. He was acting like a wannabe security guard. I asked for a manger, and a guy by the name of Marco( I think it was) came and diffused the situation. Marco was very polite and professional, he knows how to do his job well. I called to report this to Best Buy's Corporate office. Hopefully they followed up and spoke to the manager that helped me in regards to this employee
