  Jesse at Best Buy was absolutely amazing! He took the time to explain the Meta glasses to me and my mom in a way that was super easy to understand. He gave me a full rundown on how to use the glasses to their fullest potential and even offered tips I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. His knowledge isn’t just limited to Meta glasses, he clearly knows a lot about most products in the store. I would highly recommend Jesse to anyone looking for someone who is patient, informative, and genuinely cares about helping customers.

  I strongly discourage anyone from buy appliances from Best Buy. Four years ago I purchased a $4k LG refrigerator, among many other appliances during a kitchen remodel. Less than a year later, the refrigerator’s craft ice maker stopped working. Geek Squad ultimately replaced the ice maker. Since then I’ve experienced this same issue nearly a dozen times. Recently, the Geek Squad agents did not show up for a pre scheduled repair appointment that was made three weeks in advance. I was not given advanced notice of the canceled appointment, and instead was notified the morning of. I’ve asked to return the refrigerator, and I’ve even asked for a replacement or store credit to purchase a new fridge. Best Buy has refused all requests. Their only response has been, “We’re sorry for the inconvenience” and for me to continue scheduling service appointments. According to many of the Geek Squad technicians I’ve spoken with, LG is notorious for making poorly designed ice makers, and Best Buy absolutely refuses to work with its customers. Rather than standing by the products they sell, they push garbage units and shaft their customers. Costco will be my go to store for appliances going forward.

  Always buy my headphones and chargers here,staff is young ,but surprinsingly very knowlegeable ,polite and patient,I'm not very tech savvy ,they always assist . Hard not get distracted by the awesome computers and tvs on display ,specially Sony ,it's like you are living what's on the screen.

  Don't spend money here. They'll take your money gladly, but no one here, from sales to management cares about doing anything for you. Even the general manager couldn't care less about his job. I spent close to 10k on 2 washer/dryer sets, 3 TV's, and they treated me during the process as if I were a peasant. It's unprofessional corporate joke.

  I just want to share this information that I believe most people aren't aware of. Best Buy only has a 2 week return policy.And they will not deter from it whether it's you got a receipt or no receipt , they won't even give you credit. But also when you go for christmas black friday , which is about a whole month before christmas , usually thanksgiving evening or that following friday of thanksgiving. If you buy anything cheap or expensive and you need to take it back either.Because it's broken when you bought it or the fact that you don't want it no more , they will not take it back. Even without a receipt, and they take the debit card that you used. Because you used your card instead of cash, whether they strum it through the cash register and see that you bought it and if it's still over the 2 weeks you are out of luck, a lot of people don't know this, so please spread the word especially for Black Friday.. Most stores will give you a month.Not best buy. Even Amazon will let you return it and they will extend it way past Christmas, a whole month to January 31st.For you , the opportunity to return it. I had a family member experienced this, along with the store manager, who appeared when my family member asked to speak to her, she approached with the worst attitude as if yeah, what do you want?What's the problem. So next holiday beware , but also be where the rest of the year. BEWARE & SHARE Just an FYI It was not this particular store , costa mesa. With the poor service from the manager. But overall , regarding the policy of only having two weeks , it's not a good policy for best buy all around. And people need to remember the holidays and black friday.
