Beware, this store has false description on the open box item. I ordered a open box TV with Excellent condition which supposed to have all packaging and accesories. I rented a van and come pick up, and they are giving me a tv with bubble wrapped and no remotes and no tv stand, tv only. Totally not acceptable as we know this is too risky to transport a tv with only bubble wrap. They should only list this as Fair but not Excellent. Waste my time and cost of truck rental.

Came here to buy a phone in a relatively empty store, but no one seemed interested in helping us. We made our decision in about 10 minutes and then tried to get help from multiple employees to sell us the phone, only to be repeatedly told “someone will be right with you,” but no one ever actually came. There were employees just standing around, but sure, it's not their department or whatever.
While we were waiting, a sales rep in the phone section was helping another customer finalize their purchase, but walked RIGHT past us multiple times without ever making eye contact. Then, after disappearing for a while, they came back, walked right by us again, and immediately greeted another customer (a white man) who had just entered the store and asked if he needed help...
Now, I really don’t want to assume the worst or bring race into this, but as poc, it was hard not to notice the difference in how we were treated compared to him. If it weren't for sunk cost fallacy, we would've walked out right there. Ended up having to walk right up to this guy at his desk to get his attention to sell us the phone.

Nice, clean store. Basic laptops make no sense how displayed. Not grouped by price, screen size, brand, sale, touchscreen, etc. just randomly set up. Still buy here just takes more time.

Best Buy is dangerous… for my wallet! 😂 I walk in “just to look,” and somehow walk out with a new gadget every time. The staff are super nice and always ready to help. Great energy, great deals — I love this place (maybe a little too much)!
