For this score the store can thank Manager Blake and the other manager that would not honor Apple’s trade-in for my husband’s phone. “We can give you store credit” (at less than what Apple offered.) Happy to provide pictures of the condition of the phone, which is perfect, as well as the functioning of it. Worst Apple Store ever. Drive down to Irvine Spectrum - it’s worth it.

- TOTo Live And Dine In OCOct 18, 20251.0I came in last Sunday to get my replacement product fix but another report said my phone was damaged and I had to pay while the first representative checked it out and ran a diagnostics scan on my phone before ordering the replacement w. It was a waste of both of our time. I’ve been a long time apple customer. My phone still under factory warranty. And the first representative said if they open up and find water damage I understand. I take it into the shower to put it on the shelf and it may get some splash. And that is what I told the first representative. When my replacement part came in the 2nd representative told me my phone is damaged and called her supervisor right away. So, now I’m getting an email reminder my parts is in a week after the incident and it just makes me mad
