  The new iPhone is absolute garbage. Everything they’ve done to it has ruined the phone. The software is just bad. The keyboard is horrible. They ruined the browser. The IPhone has become unusable. My iphone is going in the garbage where it belongs.

  I went into Apple Store expecting to be let down, but my problem was completely solved. I’ve had issue with charge port on phone can’t do audio out or video out, for months and Mike troubleshooted everything going over even the simplest of steps , never giving up until he realized it was my port all along. My hours long ordeal was fixed when mike listened to my problem and remedied it , i didnt even have to wait. Thanks alot you saved me a trip and a shakedown at another phone repair place. My phone outputs video great and charge port is fixed

  Costumer service is absolutely terrible, they don’t repair or replace you phone under AppleCare coverage!!

  This would've been 5 stars because the employees that helped me with the laptop problem were just outstanding and really know what they're doing. But I went here twice within a week and both times when it came to checking in, it was bad. If you don't have an appointment which I didn't because the problem came out of nowhere, be prepared to wait for 3 hours!!!!! So what you can do is check-in with a certain employee and they will have your info to text you when it's finally your turn. So i put my name down and came back after 3 hours. I didn't get a text and gave them a 10 min grace period. So I personally went in the store and asked if I was going to be helped soon and the first time I went, they said they did text me. That was false. THen I had to go in another day because there was still another issue and I did the same thing, came back in 3 hrs and asked if I was coming up soon and this time they said , "for some reason your check-in was canceled". What the heck do you mean???? Ugh, what's the point in checking in when both times they don't actually send me a text that a tech is ready to help me! Anyways, Derrell was terrific and he was really nice when he helped me. If it weren't for him, I would definitely give less stars. But this store needs to fix their check-in system for sure.
