I tried explaining I was sent by online representative to get a replacement phone because they could not activate it and it didn't come with a charging cord. He never asked me for any information to look up what online representative had put in the system he just said we have no phones. Open a case with Fed Ex. I said you have no phones he said that's right. I said can you call and see if another store had a phone he said no. I asked for his name (he replied Ray) and I told him I would be reporting him. I looked at reviews of this store and saw he had many bad reviews. I had a hard time but I contacted a corporate manager and put in a formal complaint. I hope they do something because If they don't I will consider changing carriers after 20 years of service with Verizon.

- ACAaron CloutmanSep 5, 20251.0Done dealing with Verizon we had home internet that was bad we never received are promo deals canceled service but they make you pay for a month you can't use the service requested to return the modem via dropoff at this store we were then told we have to send it back via FedEx the rep gave a label but was about as helpful as Verizon customer service. Oo and when they give you the label they forget to tell you you will need to put the modem in to a another box to ship.
