    VCA Acacia have taken care of my fur baby since he was 10 weeks old, he is now 7 years. They always take great care with him and I have never had an issue of him being fearful of going to the vet.

    We come here every 2 months to get allergy shots for our maltipoos and get their prescription food. Heather is always so sweet and welcoming - helps my mom out all the time. Love the staff- Dr Dhama is the best!

    My cat Leo was treated at this hospital, and the experience was expensive, unsensitive, and unapologetic. Despite repeated visits, the wound was never properly resolved. The hospital only prescribed antibiotics but failed to carry out the basic standard of care such as culture and sensitivity testing or proper wound debridement. When the infection returned, they repeated the same recommendations but offered no strong follow-up, no compassion, and no accountability. I was forced to take Leo elsewhere, where he finally received proper treatment. By then, I had already spent more money here with no results, endured unnecessary stress, and my cat suffered needlessly. The hospital’s approach was expensive, unsensitive, and unapologetic, leaving me feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I am now filing a formal complaint with the California Veterinary Medical Board and pursuing legal action. I cannot recommend this hospital to anyone who values thorough, compassionate, and responsible veterinary care. For a fraction of the cost take yoir pet to Cat and dog clinic Tijuana If you want a solution.
