    I am absolutely devastated. Several weeks ago we trusted our personal hard drive filled with 1TB of memories (including our wedding photos and videos, as well as the only photos and videos we have of out daughter that passed away in infancy) to the Geek Squad. We were told we would receive updates and we never did. We kept calling and never hearing back. A few weeks ago my husband had to go back to the location just to talk to someone and they had no idea where our hard drive was. Then they acted like it was in route to the center that was going to fix it, and we would get an update soon. Still no update until we called AGAIN today and they let us know that UPS had lost our hard drive. We have lost EVERYTHING. I have not stopped crying. I cannot believe how little protection they gave to something so important and so personal, and on top of that, to string us along for months and not even reach out to let us know what happened. WE had to contact THEM. I am so upset. I am so heartbroken. Please don't EVER bring your business here. Not only do they not have safe ways to transport you electronics, they won't even contact you to tell you they are gone.

    Junior and Vincent took the time to explain computer specs and were able to make even better recommendations based on my needs. They were both professional, respectful, and able to help make a process that I feared would be daunting seamless. They communicated what My Best Buy Total membership includes. Excellent customer service and it makes me more confident in continuing my membership after this year.

    Hello, I really wanted to recognize Agent Ramirez at Store # 847. I went to store #847 today with a problem with my laptop. I work primarily on my laptop for my business and as an adjunct professor for a local university. Agent Ramirez was so polite, professional and diligent. From the moment I went to the Geek Squad counter I felt relieved and comforted. Agent Ramirez took the time to explain all of your procedures and programs. After our talk I felt buying a new laptop would be the best solution for me. I also requested the files on my broken computer be transferred to my new computer. Agent Ramirez took the time to explain things and did so in such a way that I could understand and feel comfortable making a decision that would cost a lot of money. In the end, I know I made the right decision and I truly appreciate Agent Ramirez's commitment to his duties.
