I am absolutely devastated. Several weeks ago we trusted our personal hard drive filled with 1TB of memories (including our wedding photos and videos, as well as the only photos and videos we have of out daughter that passed away in infancy) to the Geek Squad. We were told we would receive updates and we never did. We kept calling and never hearing back. A few weeks ago my husband had to go back to the location just to talk to someone and they had no idea where our hard drive was. Then they acted like it was in route to the center that was going to fix it, and we would get an update soon. Still no update until we called AGAIN today and they let us know that UPS had lost our hard drive. We have lost EVERYTHING. I have not stopped crying. I cannot believe how little protection they gave to something so important and so personal, and on top of that, to string us along for months and not even reach out to let us know what happened. WE had to contact THEM. I am so upset. I am so heartbroken. Please don't EVER bring your business here. Not only do they not have safe ways to transport you electronics, they won't even contact you to tell you they are gone.

Extremely poor organization. They make appointments without checking their work load. They had me waiting for over an hour to tell that they can’t fix the screen on my cellphone.

Went in to replace battery ordered the part through there seller encompass.
Had an appointment and told me it would take 24 hours to replace the battery due to if they get iPhones those are priority and have to stop mine to work on those… unbelievable
Took it to local Corona computer store and replaced it for half the cost and took 15 min.
