  Just your friendly neighborhood tech store. Helpful staff and decent selection. Although I will admit I liked the old Best Buy better. Too much cell phones and Apple products now. The games section was better back in the day too.

I was met by two of the most attentive associates I’ve ever encountered: a stellar sales associate and her manager. They turned what could have been a complicated transaction into a seamless victory. Not only did they secure the exact phone I wanted, but they also walked me through a trade-in process that offered an outstanding credit value. They ensured I was fully protected with a high-quality case and a ZAGG screen protector—which, with its lifetime replacements, is an "A++" value in my book. These two young ladies were professional, welcoming, and made me feel like royalty from the moment I walked in. ​The excellence didn't stop at the sales floor. I moved over to Geek Squad for a data transfer, where a young man was working solo while his team was on lunch. Despite being one man down, he handled myself and four other customers simultaneously with a level of calm, professional focus that was truly impressive. No one was ignored; everyone received equal, high-quality treatment. ​To anyone wondering if they should visit this location: Yes, you should. Every penny spent today was worth it for the peace of mind and the top-tier service I received. Management needs to recognize these three individuals for their hard work and dedication to the customer. ​Bravo, Team Best Buy Corona! You’ve earned a customer for life.

  Excellent customer service. From the moment you walk in, there is someone that could help you to the department of your choice and all BestBuy associates are very helpful and knowledgeable in their departments. Bestbuy crew , you guys are truly the best

  Great store with lots to offer, had 2 awesome sales clerks with great customer service I ended up buying a washer! Never had a problem with this store either!

  Came for a ps5 controller because mine broke , everyone was super helpful was busy so they were directing customers around but other then that it was a good experience
