He even typed it in and it’s in WRITING on the contract form. I go in two weeks later since I haven’t heard back. Turns out they haven’t even shipped it out to get checked!!!!!! I show the guy the notes of three day turn around time the other told me and his response is “i don’t know why he wrote that, it isn’t true” are you kidding? So no one knows what they’re doing and just pointing fingers. Now it’s been another week and I go back and now the “parts are delayed” and there’s not even an estimated time they can give me. At this point I told them I JUST want to get the store credit so I can buy another sound bar and they also refuse. I’m so disappointed in Best Buy for this. So many errors and mistakes and pointing fingers at each other and the only one with the consequences is me. Get it together, Best Buy items are not cheap but I go anyways because I trust the service will match. I can see sadly I was mistaken.

Also showed me the UI of the TCL, and various requests I had to see different menus or pieces of art. Ran into him again at another Best Buy I was visiting, again, super helpful, super insightful, and all around great guy. If he happens to see this, in addition to the Dolby Atmos idea, and the other idea I shared, I think the TCL Nxt Vision should consider rebranding as the TCL MASTERPIECE series TV. The phrase NXTVISION sounds like eye-glasses, the word "Masterpiece" is much more aligned with the amazing features of that TV. I had this idea while driving home. This Best Buy is super clean by the way, great shopping center, and again Eric the TCL Rep was one of the best customer experiences I've had at any store let alone any Best Buy. Highly recommend this store, highly recommend the TCL NXTVISION, and the QM8K and QM9K if you dont want an art TV. Thanks again!
