- SKSemih KayaNov 15, 20251.0I’m a truck driver, I work for 4 weeks and take a week off. I ordered a new iPhone 17 pro max at this store on oct 9. They said it’ll arrive on 14th. I even extended my home time and the phone still didn’t arrived. So I told multiple people at this store, multiple times about my situation and I’ll be back in a month and hold onto my phone. Multiple times, and every time they said yes, that’s totally fine and they’ll keep it until I’m back. They even texted me on oct 22nd that they have received my phone and even via text I told them to keep it until today, they responded with “yes we’ll keep it”! Now after a month I go back to the store to only find out that they sold my phone to someone else, left me stuck with my old 14 pro max that has been burning my hands. I have waited for literally nothing. Someone else just randomly walked into the store and pick up the phone that was ordered by me, assigned to my account. The store associates are professionals and they don’t know how to their job. Worst experience ever.
