I am the main owner of my account and have family in it they never call me or text me to confirm changes or additions of lines. They do it with my family member i have in their when they are not the owner of the lines i am. It’s happened 3 times and the workers just deflect. I’m so fed up with them i just reported directly to Verizon corporate.
