The AI did not recognize my phone number so it would not transfer me to anyone. So I just skipped my appointment. Also the Geek Squad phone service could not help over the phone to help me with my laptop and that was the reason to make a service appointment. I hope I don’t have to spend another half hour with Geek Squad to make a future appointment.
