  I am writing to express a concern regarding a recent in-store experience. While attempting to complete a simple exchange, I was approached by a sales associate named Nyla before reaching the register. She spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive manner, stating that my exchange would not be accepted due to the missing box, without first explaining the policy. Her tone and remarks made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. After requesting assistance from a manager, the store manager Marvin stepped in and promptly resolved the issue. He clearly and respectfully explained the exchange policy and handled the situation appropriately. I appreciate Marvin’s professionalism, but wanted to bring attention to this experience, as it negatively impacted what should have been a straightforward transaction. Side note just shop at Downey or Lakewood location. Professionalism is always at a higher standard at those locations.

  Bought a Meta Oculous 3s for my son as an xmas gift. Both receipt and my app stated I had bought the one with the walking dead game. My son opened it and no game was included no code nothing. I then go back to see if I could get the code and the staff wanted me to bring it back so they can refund it and sell me the one with out the game. What kind of solution was that.

  Total Tech is total BS. I have been paying for Total Tech for 3 years now and right when something happened, I took it in and by golly I am outside of my 2 year protection... What do you mean? What am I paying $180 a year for exactly? Why didn't they say this when I bought it with my computer?... They said anything that happens, water damage, anything, you are protected.. I asked them what am I paying for and they said software protection...I'm an IT person; I don't need software protection. The computer I bought Dell Inspiron mouse pad never worked and they always kept updating my software, sending me home and then the pad would stop again. Never again will I give them my business. They lie about everything and sell you things that are not necessary! Best Buy is a joke!
