When my laptop needed a ram, they didnt have it, nor do they call and tell me i needed fo purchase from Amazon.

With that being said, your appointment may be only a scheduling service, and this person may not be able to answer all of your questions ahead of time. Also they may not have all of your necessary information you may need to know prior to your visit. This is unfortunate. But upon my arrival, I worked with Agent Joe, at the Colma location. He proved to be a professional with great understanding of the issues at hand. He was clear with my requests, and my understanding of the service I was promised, and was able to reinforced my faith in the services provided by the Geek Squad. Geek Squad may or may not be able to remedy my computer, but as for the professionalism I received by Agent Joe, Geek Squad, you have a man with great integrity, and exceptional customer service.
