Tommy, who manages their social media responses, actually suggested I buy a new laptop while I wait for mine to be repaired - it’s so INSULTING! It’s now October 21, and I still haven’t received a single update. On top of that, they’re refusing to give me a gift card with the original purchase price of the laptop, even though I have a protection plan. This laptop has been an ongoing issue for almost a year, and the way it’s been handled is honestly ridiculous.
