Do not take for granted that if the website says it’s in stock, it will actually *be* in stock.
The website and their inventory clearly do not talk to each other at all. The employees don’t seem highly incentivized to assist either.

I reached out to Best Buy’s X account to get help regarding my laptop, which has been in for repairs since September 21 (over 4 weeks now) with no updates since October 6.
Tommy, who manages their social media responses, actually suggested I buy a new laptop while I wait for mine to be repaired - it’s so INSULTING!
It’s now October 21, and I still haven’t received a single update. On top of that, they’re refusing to give me a gift card with the original purchase price of the laptop, even though I have a protection plan.
This laptop has been an ongoing issue for almost a year, and the way it’s been handled is honestly ridiculous.
