    California Song-Beverly Act § 1793.3(e): “If the warrantor fails to repair the goods after a reasonable number of attempts, the consumer may demand a replacement or refund.” Each failed repair attempt RESTARTS the warranty clock. Geek squad customer service is horrible at Fresno location and Clovis they couldn’t even install a simple radio and two speakers I had go back under warranty they couldn’t figure it out so I had to figure it out myself took me ten minutes I go back again to have them fix there mistakes and they refuse me service unless I pay I already paid for install and they couldn’t figure it out I want a refund for my installation that was never done !!!!

    The worst experience I've ever had at a Bestbuy store first of all I waited so long and patiently just for them to finally notice I'd been standing in line for about 20 minutes. These guys at the Geek Squad were totally rude, ill mannered and non professional. One guy buy the name of Collin tried to take as long as he could to help me, the other guy named Eric had trouble in understanding simple operations of my device, although I had a illustration and specs on a print out brochure right in his face. He told me to go get my device from my car, and I did, when I came back with my Tablet, he took his time with another customer as If I was invisible, even though I had waited in line for about 20 minutes, Eric failed even to acknowledge my present, and say, sir I'll be with you in a moment or something. From the start he addressed me as " My Man" what kind of language is that to use on a Senior Citizen customer with a bad back? Totally disappointed with this Geek Squad. These guys lacked the knowledge to help me find the right storage device, even after I brought in my Tablet. These guys were rude and treated me very disrespectfully. These guys shouldn't be working at Geek Squad because they lack the knowledge of how to treat customers and give accurate information. Both Collin and Eric needs more training and orientation classes on dealing with customers and using the appropriate decorum toward good patient people who are devout shoppers at Bestbuy. My visit at this store ruined my entire day, and made me lose my appetite for dinner. It also caused me a terrible headache. I called the manager whose name is Paul to explain to him exactly what happened and right in the middle of our conversation the phone hung up in my face; this only confirmed that this team is dysfunctional and incompetent and need more experienced employees.
