    The store was clean and the employees were professional. I wish they would provide additional support in customer service, specially few days after Christmas as that's when more folks would need help with returns and exchange. It was a long queue and only one person helping.

    We went into Best But knowing exactly what we wanted. Upon asking for the item the salespeople talk down the product and try to upsell you to the point where we just ended up leaving and going to Sam's club. This is the second time this happened to us and it's really frustrating. I'm sure they have goals to meet and are encouraged to push credit but this does not make for a good shopping experience.

    First time shopping at best buy and it will be the last, I walked in and asked the greater where the pick up line is at- she than points in the direction, I waited in line and I was at the wrong one the pick up was next to it, I than stood behind two different customers and when it got to me I was ignored and than they started taking people in line which I had not seen, than I had to wait in line again with out them being helpful and letting me know before I had to stand in line 3 times, I think they assume you should know everything when walking in
