    4/9/26 1030am. Before I had to spend gas and time to head out, I talked to customer service via phone. He said that I can bring my product back for an exchange towards a higher yield product and there wouldn't be a restock fee. I totally understand their restock policy therefore I was not plan to returning it but exchange. Once there, I was told that I was returning it but I told the guy I've spoken with your customer's service rep already that there'd be no fees if I do exchange. The clerk changed his tone as if I was dumb and I didn't want to argue there since a line was behind me. This guy does not distinguish the different of what return to exchange. You as the reader and I will find it hard doing business with cooperation like this in the future when one says yes and another says no. At this day when gas price spikes, I've wasted it by going there as well as time. Best Buy should give their customer at least one chance to exchange product for a more higher end, expensive one before taking restock fee. I went straight to Amazon after I got home and ordered a New $1400 S26 which I was planning to get from Best Buy for $100 more which I didn't really worry about because I like to support the local store where you can touch and feed things before you buy. When they do this, they're shearing through their own life line slowly. I'd hate to see them gone but it is what they incur. I guess I'll just pay off the Citi card they gave me, shred it. Sticking to Amazon and thank god for them sort of. Best Buy just lost a loyal customer and many more after I talk to my associates. My new phone is coming in tomorrow by 4am and so as the rest of my families new phone. Replacing from Best Buy.

    The guy at the front was busy talking to a friend and didn't stop talking to direct us to what we needed. Really unprofessional!

    I hired The Geek Squad to install a dash cam that I purchased on Bestbuy.com. Here are the main reasons that make me want to give them 5 stars. 1) They honored their original quote. (When I ordered the item, the cost of installation was lower. By the time I received the materials for install, the install price went up, but I told customer service what I was originally quoted, and they honored it). 2) The Clovis Geek Squad was able to get me in right away. (The Fresno location was booked up for days). 3) The Geek Squad guys got my dash cam installed much quicker than their original time quote. 4) Their service was very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend these guys.

    I have been shopping with best buy for years. I recently encountered Sarina Duarte at the Willow and Herndon location. She was amazing. Sarina was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I left the store feeling like I just made a new friend lol. She made our shopping experience rememberable. If you need help ask for Sarina.

    Went in to look for a laptop I had seen on their website and it said it was in stock there was hardly any people just staff standing around so I asked one person and he called someone else to help and then that other person was looking around for someone else I told him what I was looking for and he seemed irritated and annoyed by me asking and didn’t really look he seemed in a hurry and kept look around like he had lost something so I just walked out and he didn’t even care he just walked away too very sad because I was looking forward to getting my laptop there but thankful I got an even better deal somewhere else
