I was well within the 14 day period of returns on defective products. The man assisting me was very cold, visibly annoyed that I would even attempt to ask for an exchange/refund, and sassy with his replies. The way he spoke was as if he owned the store. He was very dismissive and seemed like he just wanted to get this situation over with.

After waiting for about a minute, I asked if I was in the right place, and the response was a poker-faced “please wait.” A minute or two later, I was finally called over, but the whole interaction had zero engagement—no greeting, no small talk, and not even a “have a good day” at the end. The process itself was fine, but the overall customer service felt indifferent and flat. Not terrible, but definitely not a warm or pleasant experience.
