They asked what I needed and helped me get the photo equipment I needed for a road trip after I left everything in Vegas not knowing I'd need it. The staff even checked on other stores to see if there were mounts wen they were out of the specific type I needed. Pricing was competitive with other retailers in the area.

At the time of purchase, they offered some kind of warranty plan for an additional cost, but I didn’t get it—since every printer I’ve bought from Costco has worked perfectly without needing any extra warranty. But sure enough, this one broke after just a couple of months. I’ve been using the same model for several years, so I know this printer well, and this one definitely seems defective. Since the return policy is only 45 days, I gave up on trying to return it. I’m really upset. I’m heading to Costco now to buy the same printer again. So it turns out that to use electronics from Best Buy without any problems, I should’ve always purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan, right? To avoid the kind of disadvantage I experienced.
