I arrived early as I came from work, so I thought maybe I would be seen earlier. Yes Vicki took care of me right away and fixed the problem quickly! And she showed me some things I had no idea about these things. She was wonderful and made me very very happy. I will be sure to ask for her if I need Geek Squad assistance again! Thank you Vicki!!!!
