Every time I walk into this store, nobody bothers to acknowledge that we are there until maybe 45 minutes later if we bother to stay at that point. Came in there to try and get my wife's phone fixed and the employee that helped us just simply tried to give us a promotion deal for a watch that said we didn't have to pay anything for it for the first two months (that was a lie and we returned it the next day for a refund after figuring out they charged us $300 for it).... A few weeks later I go back to get a new phone since mine had just broken and I took me almost the whole day to get my new phone because I kept getting tossed around to different people who worked there because nobody has any knowledge of what to do when you come in trying to get a new phone. They also tried in that same process to add a bunch of extra plans that I declined repeatedly and they wanted to give me an extra line for whatever bs story that they were trying to sell me. I will never go back to this place ever again. This place has the worst employees ever and they make it known they don't care about you one bit or about your problems

Tried to get things worked out in person but it is always a 45min wait to even have someone acknowledge you. Walked out with two other couples this morning. Will be going to other Verizon for my needs. Would suggest going the same if you don’t want to waste your time.
