Once I actually reviewed the plans and contacted Verizon chat directly, they immediately added the military discount and even waived our activation feed, proving Tony either didn’t know what he was doing or intentionally misled us. If I hadn’t double checked, we would’ve been overcharged and never known. That’s not a mistake—that’s negligence at best. Lesson learned: don’t trust verbal promises. Demand a full breakdown of every charge.
