My family and I were greeted right away. We were picking up a new phone and swapping devices with our lines. I knew it was going to be a pain and a lengthy experience but our representative ANA made the process as quick and painless as possible. She took her time to support us, was friendly and helpful. My elderly parents need a lot of updates and explanations and she was sweet and unfazed. Her colleages were also kind and assisted in different ways. The entire store had a positive vibe, which was absolutely refreshing. Our family will continue to give this store our patronage.
