    20Nov25 I walked in looking for a printer two gentlemen welcomed us ask what we were looking for they pointed us in the right direction. The cashier's where friendly and answered our questions. In and out in 20 mins. Black Friday specials were running and nice prices.

    Horrible customers service. Workers are just everywhere but non thst helpful and some just so busy blocking your way just standing around doing nothing. For some reason they have restocking 1pm middle of the day and it was a complete mess to walk aroind avoiding all the workers. Horrible place to shop. The self checkout had four working talking and blocking my way to get out. Doing nothing but talking. Why?

    Siempre excelente atención! Lo que más me gusta es que tienen muchas opciones en los estantes y hasta puedes manipularlos o comparar entre marcas. Todo bien delimitado y señalado. En esta ocasión solo fui a recoger algo que pedí en línea, la señora mayor que atiende es súper amable, creo se llama Debbie, me anotó su nombre y ya lo olvidé. Parking amplio en la plaza Lugares delimitados para que te lleven los artículos a tu carro

    I had a bad Experience at this Best Buy I had a 10dll voucher and I went to buy a Lego set ,the one I was looking for wasn't there,but I saw another one that caught my eye ,plus the price was in my range ,as I went to purchase it ,it ranged in at 46 dlls ,I said the price was 26.99 I even showed them where I got it from ,the " young manager " gave me a face like I had placed the lego set there ,even do there was another Lego set there still ,he told me " I can't give it to you at that price but we can " Work on it " I decided to leave because his attitude and body language was like if I had placed it there so thats why they get 1 star from me ,even do Ive been buying from them for over 20 years and even have the Best buy card

    A employee named CLAUDIA, was extremely disrespectful to my dad and I. My dad went in for a screen protector and a case, mind you he’s been coming here for years and has never had an issue with anyone there, he loved this location. We had been waiting maybe 20-30 min to get the screen protector put on (we paid) and this lady kept passing multiple times using the computer we were at, and that’s when my dad spoke up and asked nicely to CLAUDIA if she can help us because we have been waiting there. Right away gave us attitude like we were bothering her. She asked for receipt, but the previous employee said it was sent to our email. That same employee (she was real kind so this isn’t about her) told my dad to turn off his phone so that it’s ready for them to work on it. So my dad couldn’t even access his phone for the email receipt. My dad asked CLAUDIA nicely if she could check the system since we just purchased. Automatically giving us attitude then checked and raised her voice saying we never purchased. We clearly just did. And it was just going back and forth until my dad said that’s okay let me go get that employee that helped us and manager. These 2 other employees made the situation way better for us and they looked up our receipt perfectly well. I don’t understand why she was making it such a problem for us, but we are completely disappointed in that interaction. We hope never to see her again. Incredibly rude. Do BETTER CLAUDIA.
