Tuve una mala experiencia en esta tienda el día de ayer como a las 2:20 de la tarde , fui a comprar un juego para ps5 y luego pase a la sección de los audífonos y mientras decidía cual comprar, estaba en medio del pasillo y veo de repente que al final del pasillo se puso una persona de seguridad hombre blanco y al otro lado del pasillo un empleado hombre blanco vigilando me como si fuera a robarles algo, soy mexicano y moreno, por lo cual me sentí incómodo de que me vigilarán como si fuera a robar, ya no me sentí agusto y tuve que salir de ahí, y le platique a un amigo que también es mexicano y me dijo que le pasó lo mismo, que el fue a comprar una bocina y que también lo estaban vigilando, es la última vez que voy a esa tienda y que juzguen a las personas por su color de piel. Espero que los demás latinos que les haya pasado igual comenten para que se tomen cartas en el asunto. Ya no volveré a ir a esta tienda y les comentaré a mis familiares y amigos lo sucedido para que no vayan y los juzguen como ladrones por su color de piel.

It’s ridiculous that you can’t even call and talk to an employee inside of the store It’s all outsourced to some India company and all they can tell you is if a product is in stock online not if they physically have it in the store.

Guillermo was pretty cool and helped us get a tv. They also sell sodas and have a place to watch movies if you have to wait for anything. This best buddy doesn’t look like a garage sale like some do. They have quite a variety of items like they do in the 90s if you plan using Best Buy as your place to buy then this might be the one to use. I did not like the El Cajon Best Buy.

I always go to this Best Buy location. This is the second time I place an order for curbside pick up and both times I was assisted by Debbie, I pulled in the designated parking spot for curbside pick up and within minutes Debbie was there with my order! Great attitude and service from Debbie, looking forward to continuing purchasing at this Best Buy location :)
