    I had a very disappointing experience. On Black Friday, I purchased a laptop and was strongly encouraged by an employee to also buy a Microsoft digital product. I clearly said multiple times that I wasn’t sure I needed it because I’m not very tech-savvy. He insisted and assured me that if I didn’t need it, I could return it later, saying I had plenty of time until mid January. Based on his word, I trusted him. When I returned after the holidays to return the product, because I didn’t need it ! And never used it !!!! I was told it could not be refunded because it was a digital item and more than 30 days had passed something that was never explained to me at the time of purchase and is not clearly stated on the receipt. The manager even took a photo of my receipt, saying she would address the issue with the employee. However, customer service later told me that no such note was made. Instead, a note was added stating not to refund me if I returned. At that point, it wasn’t even about the money it was about honesty and accountability. Customers should be able to trust what employees tell them. Pushing products with misleading information just to make a sale is unfair. I hope this store invests more in proper training and transparency.

    I bought a Zagg pro stylus 2 earlier today ( Xmas eve) online for same day pickup. I rushed in, picked it up and when I got home just tossed it to my hubby to wrap up asap...all without checking it out. Well, when my daughter opened her gift, to our surprise, the stylus was not in the box. And with Best Buy being closed tomorrow, I now have to wait and hope they don't give me any problems when I do go back and most importantly that they have another one in stock.
