Down in the dumps is what Best Buy is. We walked in and no one greeted us or tried to help us. At one point we were about to walk out because we truly didn’t know what to purchase. Luckily an apple employee finally said something and then he helped us.
The Best Buy employees the apple guy referred us to after were completely naive to everything. They also admitted to not knowing much about Microsoft. Definitely a weird and waste of our time experience.
And to top it off, the location replied to contact them on social media. I don’t even have social media so they definitely need to improve on their customer service platforms

Don’t ever purchase an extended warranty through this place. They say that it is a no questions ask warranty when you bring back a certain item. Then you purchased the extended warranty and then they tell you that it is having to go through a warranty test. I bought a vacuum turns out the vacuum does not work or stay charged more than 10 minutes. Then they said that the warranty I purchased is not what they told me it was when I purchased the item. There is no reason to buy another warranty from Best Buy. It is not covered. Nothing but a lie.
