I had an issue with an order that took bestbuy.com Customer service over a month to settle and ended up not helping. After I reached out to the social media customer service (in response to my bad review) and spoke to Bobby, They were able to resolve my problem, which allowed me to update my review to five stars.

Stood around for 30 minutes looking for someone to help me and no one stopped by to see if we needed help trying to buy a Phone, again this is the 2nd Best Buy that happens with almost the same thing, I like best buy but unfortunately if they keep having bad customer service they'll be gone soon

Thank you so much!! Every time I crack my screen protector, I come right back to this location since any screen protector comes with a free warranty for life. I wish I knew about it sooner. I would've been saving so much money. 😩 Also, I do have to say that they are very attentive and friendly. I have never had a bad experience here!
