I have had some frustrations with buying a new phone through my cellular carrier so I went directly to the Apple store. Bianca spent extra time to help me understand the different options that I had available to me, thoroughly explained the fine print in the contract with the carrier, and answered all of my many questions. I accomplished more in 15 minutes in this store than I had in 3 different cellular carrier stores. Incredible service! If I need anything, I will be returning here!
