I’ve been wanting to upgrade my phone for a while, but I honestly hate dealing with this kind of stuff. On top of that, I was completely over Spectrum Internet, so on a whim I decided to call the Verizon store after work, about an hour before they closed, just to see if anyone would even answer.
To my surprise, Dominic picked up and immediately made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He explained all of my options clearly, not only for upgrading my phone, but also for switching my home internet. The fact that he was able to walk me through everything over the phone was impressive—no one really does that anymore.
I told him I probably wouldn’t be able to make it to the store for another 30 minutes or possibly even later, and since it was so close to closing time, I fully expected him to suggest coming back another day. Instead, he welcomed me in and told me to head over.
When I arrived, the experience somehow got even better. Joe and Dominic both provided phenomenal customer service. They were efficient, thorough, and genuinely helpful. They made sure everything was set up properly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed, even though it was near closing time.
I walked out with a new iPhone 17 and a new home internet kit, and Joe even gave me a free case, which was such a nice bonus.
I can’t recommend Dominic and Joe enough. Their service was outstanding, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to go to this store. I’m so glad I decided to call that day, and even more glad to know that truly great customer service is still out there.
P.S. I rarely leave reviews, but the experience Dominic and Joe provided was so exceptional that I genuinely felt it deserved to be shared.
