location approximately two months ago, seeking assistance with a broken phone, which hindered my ability to communicate with customers. Hiram provided support at the Chino location. To summarize, I had been owed two months of complimentary phone service due to a prior mistake by a Verizon representative. Upon arrival, Hiram suggested switching to a business account, which he claimed would be more cost-effective and not impact my billing cycle. Despite my explanations regarding the two free months that where OWED TO ME he persisted in his recommendation. Consequently, I incurred a $384 bill NOW!!! I feel misled by Hiram's assertions. My attempts to contact him via text were ignored, despite allowing ample time for a response. To avoid confrontation, I opted to express my concerns through Yelp. Regrettably, I do not trust this store and will not recommend it due to the substantial bill I incurred. The stress caused by this experience led me to switch carriers. I strongly advise against visiting this location or seeking assistance from Hiram. The experience was profoundly disappointing at the beginning. He tried to help, but you can tell that afterwards he didn’t wanna deal with it anymore which I don’t understand cause this is his job to help customers I did not feel helped or understood instead, I felt agitated so I just left the store when I was previously there I can tell that he couldn’t handle the situation and it was hard for me to reach out to our manager because he wasn’t providing me any information
