I went to the store in Chino Hills and Malay the Business Manager started playing stupid saying it was the store fault. He called Verizon and then just left and said only they can help me..... He was like they will give your money back and once on the phone they only wanted to give $200 credit when they charged me over $850. SCAM Malay just was like I am sorry and was like I don't make the decisions...

I came in seeking help and instead was disrespected repeatedly. She needs additional training for customer service as well as a reprimand for sitting on her personal cell phone while at work...
