Not sure who is the supervisor or who hired these people. We went in to upgrade the phone since one line was due and the girl who’s helping us is so incompetent they had nothing in stock and she wouldn’t even help us check inventory at other locations when we asked she kept saying oh other locations they don’t have it I’m like you didn’t even check!! Guess what? Drove another 15 minutes to another location and found what we are looking for!

I got there around 7:40pm to try to quickly upgrade our 7 year old phones (see, I told you we try to avoid going lol!), and had the BEST time bc Krystal helped me out, and her customer service was literally the best I’ve ever had!!! Like literally! Krystal was super professional yet personable, was super knowledgeable and I liked that she asked questions before she gave any recommendations, so she understood the best strategy to get what we needed done. She’s super smart, and definitely knows what she’s doing. I know this sounds weird, but I left feeling like I made a friend🤓 lol. Now I would be ‘glad’ to come back! 💐 10/10
