We have personal and business lines with Verizon and every time we go here we are unsatisfied although we spend thousands of dollars with Verizon. Unfortunately in the chino area this is the only service that works compared to other cell services. I would switch in a heartbeat if other services worked to avoid coming to this location.

The staff presented a deal that initially seemed clear, but after completing it I encountered significant problems that were not addressed properly. I had to visit the store three to four times to seek a resolution, yet no practical solution was provided. Communication was inconsistent, and responsibility for fixing the issue was repeatedly shifted rather than resolved. As a customer, I expected clearer explanations, better follow through, and more accountability. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below that standard Update: I submitted my application based on the form provided below, but unfortunately, no action has been taken.

I got there around 7:40pm to try to quickly upgrade our 7 year old phones (see, I told you we try to avoid going lol!), and had the BEST time bc Krystal helped me out, and her customer service was literally the best I’ve ever had!!! Like literally! Krystal was super professional yet personable, was super knowledgeable and I liked that she asked questions before she gave any recommendations, so she understood the best strategy to get what we needed done. She’s super smart, and definitely knows what she’s doing. I know this sounds weird, but I left feeling like I made a friend🤓 lol. Now I would be ‘glad’ to come back! 💐 10/10
