Pedro made the experience a 5 star review but the lack of customer service from others dropped it down to a 4 star. Most were just on their phones or found a way not to even look your way for help. Pedro was the only one who truly greeted us and was polite during the visit. He asked questions and made us feel valued. Even after dropping $1600 on tv, laptop, etc…. No one even offered to help load or thanked us on the way out.

Placed my order online it was ready within the hour and went to pick it up next day, no problem. Was a laptop gift for my daughter 2 days before Christmas and was quick easy and doable. Definitely recommend. And the pricing was great !

Awful customer service. Takes over 10 mins just for someone to answer the phone. No solutions for any mistakes they made on their end. Management needs to have better coordination with team, or hire a better team.
*no need to contact anyone on social media. Stay away from this location due to horrible customer service. Not only do they not answer their phone, other Best Buy’s are willing to do more than this location. Management at this location is horrible.
