Most were just on their phones or found a way not to even look your way for help. Pedro was the only one who truly greeted us and was polite during the visit. He asked questions and made us feel valued. Even after dropping $1600 on tv, laptop, etc…. No one even offered to help load or thanked us on the way out.

Management needs to have better coordination with team, or hire a better team. *no need to contact anyone on social media. Stay away from this location due to horrible customer service. Not only do they not answer their phone, other Best Buy’s are willing to do more than this location. Management at this location is horrible.
