Received 5 more bills and spoke to Pakistan service 5 more times. Each time the agent LIED to me and said "this time its taken care of." Today recieved a collection notice from Verizon. The customer service ID numbers I had were attached to nothing and there was no entries I had called 5 times. Verizon scammed us. Next step is the BBB and my congressman.
