I bought a 50" TV with soundboard. It has been mostly problematic. I asked for someone from Geek squad to come to my house and repair my set up. They won't do it. After I spent all this money there they refused to stand behind their product and come help me. What's wrong with them?

Awesome team members. Had a problem with my electronics which they fixed the problem that same day but if they couldn't they would send it out to get repaired or replaced.

My husband purchased Geek Protection Plan when he got his new laptop at Best Buy. I'm so glad he did! They were great about my multiple appointment changes and then when I managed to come in early they were happy to help me. It wasn't my husband's laptop, but my Iphone that needed help. Since the plan covers multiple devices I was able to get the help I needed from Sean. He was patient to answer all my questions and got my phone in good shape in minimal time.
