With as many employees they had standing around chit chatting in an empty store you'd think they would ask if I needed help finding anything but I had to interrupt their group conversation to get alittle assistance. Bad customer service.

The manager Sergio and geek squad worker John were extremely helpful! I was having issues with my AppleCare warranty on my watch and they helped me through and got it solved, extremely helpful and I’ll be sure to go to this Best Buy again!
